Jens Michel is the CEO of Abu Dhabi Food Hub – KEZAD, a joint venture between AD Ports Group and Ghassan Aboud Group, in collaboration with Rungis. A seasoned global executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, Jens has built a distinguished career spanning various industries, including food service, food trade, and market development.

Previously, he served as Group CEO of Classic Fine Foods, based in Hong Kong and Dubai, where he was responsible for operations across 13 countries. He also held a CEO position within METRO AG. In these roles, he focused on advancing scalable food distribution and e-commerce platforms, strengthening supply chain and sourcing capabilities, and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Throughout his career, Jens has successfully scaled businesses in both developed and emerging markets, consistently delivering international expansion, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
