Nadir Saigol is an architect by training and entrepreneur who has always been on the cutting edge of advancement. From working on projects with Bjarke Ingels in Manhattan to introducing groundbreaking snack concepts in Tokyo and Singapore, Nadir brings a unique global perspective to food development. He holds degrees from Rollins College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Master’s from New York University.
As CEO of SMITHS Saigol & Gulf, Dubai’s pioneer snack food manufacturer established in 1982, Nadir is revolutionizing the industry by introducing the world’s next biggest trend of “Dubai chips” and developing creative flavor profiles that seamlessly blend authentic Middle Eastern ingredients with contemporary global tastes.
