Ronald Holman is a distinguished entrepreneur with over three decades of experience driving innovation in the trade show and event management industry. He is a proud father of four, an avid cyclist, and the Owner and Managing Director of Expo Business Communications BV in Breda, The Netherlands where he founded the “Free From Functional Foods & Health Ingredients Expo” (FFFHI) in 2011. Expo Business Communications BV closed a gap in the trade show business for food and ingredients with the first “Free From Foods Expo” in Freiburg (Southern Germany) in 2011. Free From Food now hosts events all over the world and boasts an impressive record of over 350 exhibitors & 9.000+ retail and food manufacturing professionals from more than 110 countries at their international editions.

Ronald is also the Managing Partner of Expo Communications BV, orchestrating the immensely successful Annual Spring and Autumn Consumer Construction Show since 2007, which attracts 22,000 visitors over three days.

Ronald’s journey began in Amsterdam in the early 1990s, where he launched his entrepreneurial career. He later served as Venue Sales and Marketing Manager at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition Center from 1995 to 1997. His career continued to flourish with his role as an Exhibition Manager at EMAP Business Communications from 1997 to 2004, where he pioneered new trade show concepts in various markets.

As the founder of the Free From Food Expo, he is at the forefront of industry innovation, shaping the future of trade shows and event management.
