Igor Marti serves as the Vice President & General Manager of the Halal Business Unit of BRF since 2022. Headquartered in Dubai since 2015, Mr. Marti is responsible for a business of USD 2 billion in over 15 countries and 7 production facilities. Prior his role, Mr. Marti has served as the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer for BRF International Division from 2015, where he led Merges and Acquisitions in MENAT of circa USD 800 million. Before joining BRF, Mr. Marti was Chief Financial Officer and oversaw Corporate Affairs at Copagri Brasil Ltda from 2014 to 2015. He previously worked for Mondelez International, Inc. (formerly Kraft Foods, Inc.) from 2008 to 2014, holding a number of leadership roles including Finance Manager from 2011 to 2012 and Head of Sales Planning and Controlling from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Marti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and an Ivy League MBA Columbia Business School.
