His extensive experience spans across various sectors, including dairy, juice production, confectionaries, beverages, and water. Since 2011, Sahil has excelled as a food safety auditor with SGS, where he has conducted over 1000 audits, including GFSI-approved schemes such as FSSC 22000 and BRC.

Sahil’s expertise extends to government projects, particularly in food certification areas such as the Emirates Quality Mark and Halal certification. His proficiency as a trainer and speaker is marked by his focus on critical areas like food defense, food fraud, regulatory compliance, food safety culture, and the digitalization of food safety management systems.
