Alex is a Partner and founding member of deNovo Partners. He has over 24 years of Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance and investment experience and has been responsible for the execution of over $40 billion of major corporate transactions in his career. He is also a non-executive director at Viva Insurance Brokers LLC, Organic Foods & Café and Enerwhere LLC. Prior to deNovo, Alex worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions team in Frankfurt, London and Dubai where is was responsible for the execution of a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financing and restructuring transactions. Alex has been living and working in the region since 2007 and has extensive knowledge of and experience in all aspects of successfully leading corporate transactions in the region and globally across all industry sectors. Alex received a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Babson College (magna cum laude). Prior to attending London Business School he worked at UBS Warburg Dillon Read in the US and subsequently was appointed portfolio manager at a private asset management company in Germany. Alex has been a CFA Chartholder since 2003. He speaks fluent English, German and Greek and conversational French.
