Chemical Engineer, from Brazil, started as R&D in Brazil at BRF/Sadia in 2004 (already 20 years on the food business). For BRF worked as R&D in Brazil, Russia and UAE. Was the Head of R&D for BRF greenfield projects in Kaliningrad (Russia) and Abu-Dhabi/Kizad (UAE). In 2019 I was invited to join RBI (Restaurant Brands International) in Singapore as Head of R&D for Burger King and Popeyes brands across Asia and Pacific. Working close to the Franchises and consumer across 23 countries, developing items from meat products to desserts, responsible to rollout the Clean Label agenda for Burger King and Popeyes across Asia and Pacific markets. In July 2023, I was invited to join Americana Foods, as R&D Director for the protein business across GCC, based in Dubai. I have already 16 years living abroad, developing ingredients, products, process, … across all the continents and several countries. With a view to merge the consumer needs, company beliefs and market trends.
