Bertrand Ambroise is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international business development and project management, particularly in the construction and engineering sectors.​ 

He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in E-Commerce Business Law from the University of Ottawa in 2001. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, completed in 1998. ​ 

Since 2017, Bertrand Ambroise has served as the International Director at SEMMARIS, the managing company of the Rungis International Market. In this role, he focuses on expanding the market’s activities both nationally and internationally, including overseeing licensing agreements in China, Vietnam, Abu Dhabi, Nigeria and various countries. 

Prior to joining SEMMARIS, Bertrand Ambroise held significant positions in business development and project management. From 2010 to 2017, he was the Business Development Director at Oger International ( Saudi Oger Group ) in Saint-Ouen, France, where he led commercial and business development strategies, including international prospecting and managing major client relationships.  

Between 2006 and 2010, he served as the Business Development Manager at Groupe SLH, an engineering group involved in major infrastructure, construction, and energy projects, focusing on both French and international markets. Earlier in his career, Ambroise was involved in various business development roles where he developed and implemented global and local development strategies, managed key accounts, and participated in development of major large-scale infrastructures. 

Bertrand AMBROISE is a board member of the conference de Paris. The Paris Conference is a major annual event organized by the International Economic Forum of the Americas (FEIA) since 2017. It brings together leaders from business, government and civil society to discuss major global economic, social and environmental issues.
